Refund policy
RETURNS
Retail Items
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your shirt(s) must be unwashed and unworn, in the same condition that you received it.
Sale Items
All sales are final. No returns or exchanges available for sale items.
Preorder Items
All sales are final. No returns or exchanges available for preorder items.
To return your product, you should deliver or mail your unwashed, unused item(s) to our storefront within 30 days of purchase.

Shipping Cost Liability
The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs for size exchanges or otherwise seeking a return in the case of no damage, defect, or other issue with the order or item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Inspection
Upon receipt of your returned item(s), we will inspect to verify the item(s) is still in acceptable (new, unused) condition.
If the item(s) is not in acceptable (new, unused) condition, your return will be denied. Once inspection of your item(s) has been complete, you will receive an email notification of the acceptance/denial of your return.
Approval
If the return is approved, then your return will be processed 1) according to the terms of the item and 2) the requested method of recompense.
Denial
If the return is denied, you may either pay to ship the item(s) back or we can dispose of the item(s) for you. If you choose to have the item shipped back, we will send you an invoice that must be paid before your item can be shipped back.
REFUNDS
Refunds usually process within 10 business days. Once your refund is processed on our end, you will receive an email confirmation detailing the amount refunded and the last four digits of the card number to which the refund will be sent.
If more than 10 days have passed since your refund notification was received, please contact us at team@oklahomashirtcompany.com.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Retail or Sale Items
For any RETAIL or SALE item that is defective or damaged. You must send a photo of the damage or defect to sotm@oklahomashirtcompany.com along with your order number, and we will contact you to address the issue.
Preorder Items
All items are made to order. No returns or exchanges available for PREORDER items. If you receive a defective or damaged preorder item, send a photo of the damage or defect to sotm@oklahomashirtcompany.com along with your order number, and we will contact you to address the issue.
EXCHANGES

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If the return is approved, then your exchange will be processed and you will receive your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We will ship your RETAIL order within 5 business days. Keep in mind we are not open on weekends, and we observe all major US holidays.
Shipping Notification
You will receive a shipping notification- separate from your order confirmation email- with tracking once your order ships. If 5 days or more have elapsed since you received your order confirmation and you have yet to receive a shipping notification, first check your spam folder. If you don't find it there, please send an email with your order number/date to team@oklahomashirtcompany.com.
ETA
Shipping times vary depending on the destination location, but all orders delivering to the US are provided with tracking information. Use the provided tracking information to monitor your order's progress.
Tracking
If you receive a shipping notification with tracking but your tracking doesn't move for 5 days or more, please send an email with your order number/date to team@oklahomashirtcompany.com.
Liability for Delivery
Once an order enters carrier custody, we have no agency or liability thereof. If tracking indicates that your order entered carrier custody, we encourage you to reach out directly to the carrier to locate your package.
